Beginners Yoga is ideal for those new to yoga and those who prefer to study the foundations of yoga. We will explore the basic postures of yoga, breathing techniques, and the philosophy of yoga. Each class is designed to be slightly different and will allow your yoga practice to grow and flourish! A beginners yoga practice explores flow style movements, some yin yoga concepts, and restful restorative postures. Class is 60 minutes.

Postures will be approached at a slow pace for those new to yoga or for those looking for a focused and grounding practice. Sequences will build strength as well as create more flexibility in your body. This practice will bring a greater sense of personal awareness into your life physically, emotionally, and mentally. A great class to ease stress and connect with peace. Class length is 60 minutes.
